• Managed end to end procurement activities, including online bidding for Multi-Function Photocopier Machines for 334 schools with service agreements, procurement of IT consumables, curriculum items, furniture items, and other supplies for 324 schools at Abu Dhabi Emirates and the purchasing of ADEC new building furniture. 

• Ensured the successful completion of most major, critical, and complicated PR’s of General Services Division , Marketing and Media Division, Infrastructure & Facilities ,Finance , Curriculum and Library Division. 

• Be accountable for the selection of right bidders, receipt of bids, and coordination with Project Managers in selecting the lowest technically acceptable bid. 

• Prepared purchase orders with proper terms and conditions, establish L/C with suitable terms and conditions, and organize pre-dispatch inspections through evaluation committees wherever required. 

• Finalized contracts for port, custom clearance and movement of goods to the sites.

 • Identified items for Annual Price Agreements, Rate Contracts, and Long-Term Price Purchasing Agreements. 

• Trained local colleagues in drafting and preparing PC (Purchasing Committee) decisions and in day-to-day work.

 • Implemented an effective system of expediting.

 • Proposed and approved a list of qualified bidders and prepare enquiry packages incorporating all commercial, technical, and inspection requirements. 

• Ensured safe movement of all materials during international logistics.

 • Adopted various means of purchasing to achieve cost reduction and receive the best quality. • Conducted e-purchasing auctions via online bidding. • Completed assigned tasks professionally and with sincerity in the benefit of ADEC
